Why can't we have our own ice cream truck?

After his first neighborhood ice cream truck experience while visiting grandma in Naples, we chased the dream. After a discussion later on that night we came to agreement that this is something fun we could do as a family in our spare time. We immediately started looking at potential vehicles for our new business venture and we found a 1968 Chevy P20 in Stuart, FL. Meanwhile we were prepared for for the possible upgrades and outfitting the old truck, we were never mentally ready for the challenges that would come up along the way. With a modern touch, we brought back the magic of the classic ice cream truck moment: kids waving from their driveways, neighbors meeting neighbors, families sharing a memory that feels straight out of childhood.
