After experiencing his first neighborhood ice cream truck visit while visiting grandma in Naples, his eyes lit up with excitement. The music, the treats, the neighborhood smiles, it was pure childhood magic.
Then Kevin looked at us and asked,
“Why can’t we have our own ice cream truck?”
And just like that, the idea for Pop N Roll was born.
What started as a sweet little question turned into a family dream: to bring back the classic ice cream truck experience with a fun, modern twist.

Excellent service, run by the owners themselves, a very warm and friendly couple. They have a tremendous variety of ice cream: flavors, colors, sizes, and textures to satisfy any craving. Although my all-time favorite will always be the strawberry shortcake. I love the truck—its vibrant colors and unique music are amazing. I can hear the music and go outside because I know they're coming. They truly represent the joy of childhood and the nostalgia of our childhood when we bought ice cream from the truck.
