How far in advance can I book for an event?
We ask for at least one week in advance to get our schedule in order. We may be able to accommodate last minute bookings.
What areas do you cover?
For pre-paid events we cover all of Lee County.

Does the truck have hand scooped or soft-serve ice cream?
No, Pop N Roll only carry pre-packaged favorites.
Is there a minimum?
Yes, our minimum is 25 ice cream for pre-paid events.
Can the packages be modified?
Yes. Additional treats and session time can be added to each package.

With 42 different ice cream, we have many with mixed flavors. Here are a list of flavors to expect.

Do you have dairy free ice cream?
Yes, we have dairy free options.
What if I need more ice cream served the day of the event? Is this possible?
Yes, you can pre-pay each treat at $4 each. Otherwise, treats can be purchased on-site at regular price. We have $3, $4 and $5 options.
What form of payment do you accept? When do I pay?
We accept Tap Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We can also send you an invoice. We require full payment to set the date and get on our calendar.
Do you have general liability and permits?
Yes, of course! We have all permits and necessary insurance.
What is the latest I need to notify your company for a cancellation?
We request at least 72 hours notice as a courtesy.
